Phillip Davis - London taxi driver

Phillip Davis an experienced London England taxi driver was chosen from hundreds of candidates to appear with his London taxi in the London Ambulance Service inappropriate use campaign poster. Posters appeared on London buses and on the London Underground train network, in January & February 2002, to reinforce the message that the LAS should not be used as a taxi service.

Stanley Sasine:

An American World War II soldier tells his grandson the full story of his war injury. We hear from Stanley Sasine who was part of a group of World War II soldiers called Merrill's Marauders. They were tasked with getting the Japanese out of Burma, now Myanmar. Stanley was one of the few who survived to see their last battle.
